Readyportal & Canadian FinTech Mission to Brazil Debrief
Rajiv Chatterjee, the CEO of Readyportal, took part in the Canadian FinTech Mission to Brazil from June 19 to 23, 2016. The mission was introduced by Global Affairs Canada and Research Council Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP). The objective of this delegation was to establish industrial R&D collaboration and co-development opportunities in the FinTech sector between Canadian and Brazilian companies leading to future commercial benefits for both countries.
During the delegation, Rajiv had the pleasure of catching up with Readyportal’s existing clients and build relationships with a number of banks and insurance companies in Brazil to showcase Readyportal’s latest product – Triyo; an online collaboration platform specifically designed for financial services and law firms.
Rajiv presented at two banks; CUBO and Itaú, as well as Porto Seguro, one of the largest insurance companies in Brazil. In all cases, Readyportal received a very warm welcome and helped open up ideas on new ways to collaborate efficiently while seamlessly taking care of regulatory, audit and compliance requirements. Each of these meetings have resulted in follow up conversations, scheduled to take place over the next couple of weeks. There was also an opportunity for us to start implementation process for Campos Mello Advogados, a law firm in RIO.
We are also excited to announce that Readyportal has signed an MOU with Communicação. The focus of the MOU is to collaborate closely and implement Readyportal collaboration solutions (non-industry specific) across medium size businesses in Rio, Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte.
